Postpartum Doula Packages
To help you decide how we can support your family through the postpartum period, here are some commonly requested packages. Day shifts last 4 hours; night shifts last 8 hours. Ask about our discounts for paying in full. Custom plans for twins, triplets, and multiples are also available — our staff has extensive experience with premature babies and multiples.

Birth Doula Packages
A birth doula provides physical, emotional, and informational support before, during, and shortly after childbirth. Before labor, your doula meets with you to develop a birth plan. During labor, they offer constant companionship and pain management support. After birth, they assist with breastfeeding and immediate postpartum care.
Remote Infant Sleep Learning
Infants 8–16 Weeks
- Introduction to sleep learning with on-call support from Shelly
- Initial phone consultation to get to know your baby
- Customized week-by-week outline to develop good sleep habits
- Four weeks of on-call support to keep your baby on track
Infants 16 Weeks and Up
- 45–60 minute phone interview to get to know you and your baby
- Customized sleep plan designed especially for your baby
- Phone and email support for two weeks
- Per week — $250
- Up to one hour — $50
In-home night support with a doula is available at an additional charge to assist with sleep learning.
Feeding Consultations
We offer at-home feeding consultations with extensive experience supporting breastfeeding, pumping, formula feeding, and moms feeding multiples.
Nanny Placements
We help families find qualified nannies for children 6 months to 5 years old. We conduct personal phone and in-person consultations, find the best candidates, check references, and complete background checks. Nanny contracts are written by the family — we can offer guidance if needed.
A non-refundable $200 deposit is required to begin and is applied toward the total fee when a nanny is hired. Current clients (or within the last 6 months) receive 15% off. Nanny replacement at no extra charge within 60 days of hire.
